All orders received at our online store are processed upon
receipt. All merchandise usually ships next business days,
depending on the availability of the merchandise and verifying
credit information. If there is a delay in your order due
to the unavailability of the merchandise, you will be contacted
within 48 hours, either by phone or email. You will then
have the option to either pick another item or cancel the
order.
We offer free shipping
via USPS Priority Mail within the 48 contiguous United States.
Damaged

Upon receipt of your delivery, please inspect the packaging
for any visible signs of damage. If you feel that your goods
have experienced a rough ride during transit and have arrived
damaged then please e-mail our Customer Services Department
at: customercare@1-fragrances.com.
Please provide full details including the nature of
the problem, your name, order number and contact details.
In order to carry out any investigations, please contact
us within two working days of receiving your delivery.
Missing

If upon opening your delivery, you find any items missing
from your order, please check all packaging; due to the
nature of our business some of our products are very small.
If you are certain an item is missing then please
e-mail our Customer Services Department at: customercare@1-fragrances.com.
Please provide full details including the nature of the
problem, your name and contact details. In order for us
to locate your missing item, please contact us within two
working days of receiving your delivery.
Incorrect

If we have sent you an incorrect item please do not open
the item as we need to receive it back in the same condition
as it was sent. Please email our Customer Services Department
at: customercare@1-fragrances.com
. and provide full details including the nature of the problem,
your name, order number and contact details. In order for
us to investigate the error please contact us within two
working days of receiving your delivery.

All New York residents are required to pay sales tax @ 8.625%.
This will be automatically computed and added to your total
when you finally checkout.
Cancellation

If you decide within 7 days starting the day after you receive
your goods, that you no longer require your order, please
contact our Customer Service Department for return authorisation.
The item is only eligible for return if it is in the exact
condition in which it was delivered. Please email our Customer
Service Department at customercare@1-fragrances.com
and provide full details including the items you wish to
return, your name, order number and contact details. Please
note that we will not refund delivery charges. In the event
that you are entitled to a refund, please note the refund
will be made by the same method used to pay for the order.
Credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made
to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be
aware that it can take as long as seven working days for
a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.

Return

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We hope you love
everything you buy at 1-Fragrances.com. If you're not satisfied
with your order, you can return the product Within 30 days
of purchase but it must be unused, unopened and in its original
packing in sellable condition. The staff at 1-Fragrances.com
for final approval will inspect returns and after We'll
issue a refund directly in the same manner original purchase
was made. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed.

. We'll issue a Return-authorization. Please take a minute
to tell us why you're not satisfied with the product.
Note: Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Authorization
(RA#) Number by emailing us at: return@1-fragrances.com
Without ( RA# ) we will not be able to accept returns. Please
contact us by e-mail or phone/Fax, prior to shipping back
your purchased item(s). The RA# must be written on your
original Invoice and on the return shipping label. Any returned
items that are not accompanied by an official-issued RA
number will not be accepted. Sorry, we can't accept COD
packages. Returns must be sent prepaid (sorry, shipping
charges are not refundable) and insured for full value by
a traceable carrier to:
